Before starting your visa application, you can have a free initial consultation to discuss your goals and circumstances. This can be done in person, by phone, or online, and helps us outline the most suitable visa option for you.

If you decide to proceed, we’ll send a formal service agreement for you to sign, detailing the tailored support and all terms and conditions.

Once the agreement is signed, we begin preparing your visa application. We will review the latest policies and requirements, provide a tailored document checklist, complete forms, and collect supporting documents.

Once all required information is ready, we’ll submit your application on your behalf, ensuring everything is complete and accurate. You’ll have the opportunity to review all documents before submission.

After your visa application is submitted, a case officer from INZ will be assigned to manage your case. We stay in close contact with them to help ensure a smooth process. Processing times vary depending on the visa type and individual circumstances, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Approved visas will be issued digitally by INZ.
On the rare occasion a visa is declined, we will clearly explain your options — that includes exploring alternative pathways, requesting a reconsideration, or assisting with an appeal.

Depending on your goals, your journey may continue — and often, the final stage is applying for Residence.
We will guide you on the right timing based on your individual circumstances and submit your application once you're eligible.
