Studying in New Zealand

New Zealand is an English-speaking country known for its safe, relaxed, and diverse environment, making it a popular destination for international students. Its tertiary education system is globally recognised with all eight universities ranked in the top 2% worldwide.

Benefit?

Studying abroad provides a great opportunity to immerse yourself and/or your children in a new cultural and language environment. In terms of the residency pathway, having a bachelor or higher degree contributes points for a Skilled Migrant Category. In many cases, having a qualification related to your job can also be essential for both work and residency visa applications.

Visa Options

A Student Visa allows full-time study at the institution listed on your visa, including schools, tertiary education, and English language courses. You may work part-time during studies and full-time during holidays, depending on your visa. Some courses may contribute to the residency pathway; offer a pathway to a Post Study Work Visa. When accompanying school-aged children (from primary to secondary), you may be eligible for a Guardian Visa, which allows you to stay in New Zealand for the same duration as your child’s study. If you receive a job offer, you may also be permitted to work part-time.

Where to Start?

We can help you choose a school and course that best suit your needs, assist with the enrollment process, and support your visa application—all in one place.

If your child has specific interests, such as the International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge curriculum, or particular club activities, we can also refer you to professionals who specialise in those areas.
